VCI-3™

操作模式
VCI-3E™ 发射机集成了一个扬声器和一个麦克风用来记录一条语音信息。发射机采用直连法或夹钳法(分别对应三相)为电缆注入语音信息和音频信号。信号是注入电缆线芯,不受外护套
的影响。可充电电池支持发射机连续工作8个小时。
VCI-3D™ 接收机使用探头接收语音信息和音频识别信号,并用一个可以调节音量的内置扬声器或耳机接听语音信息。可以根据电缆类型和长度调整接收机的门槛。通过数字处理技术确保接收机能够准确判断是否有发射机传送来识别信号。

高压侧电缆识别
LCI-L™ 发射机接在配电变压器的次级侧 (AC120V-AC420V) ,用于发出识别信号。
为了识别配电变压器高压侧的中、高压电缆,LCI-D™ 接收机需要搭配LCI-HV™ 高压探头。LCI-HV™ 高压探头适用于最高电压等级为25kV的带电电缆的识别。
LCI™ 应用于单相或三相系统。
DRM-10A 接触电阻测量仪
加拿大 NDB 公司著名产品 DRM-10A 接触电阻测量仪采用现代电力电子技术和四端子测量法,具有体积小、重量轻,超轻超便携等突出特点;各电力公司、高速铁路等用来精确测量非常低的电阻,如高铁地铁接触网栓接连接接触电阻、铜接地母排放热焊接触电阻、电缆终端导体线芯搭火点接触电阻、高压电缆搪铅钎封质量检测等。DRM-10A 测量范围0.01μΩ 至 200Ω,分辨率高达 0.01μΩ,精度是同类产品中较高的一种,可帮助您检测到不同焊接质量的接触电阻之间的细小差别,提前发现设备缺陷。
测量接触电阻必要性
电气连接,比如插座、开关、断路器触点、电缆导体线芯连接点、放热焊焊接处、接触网栓接连接处、电池格间连接,以及其它连接装置,会受残留接触力、振动、腐蚀等因素的影响。这些因素通常会影响电气连接面的接触质量,甚至导致电气连接的退化或失效。失效需要的时间与连接类型和工作环境有关,差异很大。在发生故障或过负荷击穿之前,电气接触面的接触电阻通常会显著增加。加拿大DRM-10A是精准测量此类接触电阻、提前发现设备缺陷的重要措施。

Macrotest MT300 is a revolutionary device. Its TFT colour display with capacitive touch-screen allows using this device in a completely new manner. Macrotest MT300 makes available on its display all possible variables to obtain a perfect measurement; your task will only be to “touch” what you really want to measure: then simply leave the rest to Macrotest G3’s micro-processor!
The device complies with all requirements as regards the safety of electric systems: test of RCDs type A, AC also up to 1000 mA and type B; insulation, continuity, earth resistance tests (this also with the aid of the optional clamp T2100).
